We are so excited you have shown interest in leading a TC Group! The SZN 2 TC Group Season is 12 weeks long and begins May 3rd. TC Groups can meet in person, or it can be an online group that meets over Zoom. Once you have completed the training below, please answer the following questions.

A co-leader is required for every group, this cannot be your spouse.

To be a TC Group Leader you must have attended Open House.

TC Group Leader Honor Code
At Transformation Church, we believe group leaders are called to live lives that reflect
Christ in both character and conduct. As leaders, we intentionally pursue a disciplined
spiritual life marked by regular Bible reading, prayer, and fasting, allowing God to
shape our hearts, attitudes, and actions.
Because leadership carries influence, TC Group Leaders commit to living in a way that

honors God and others. This means we intentionally turn away from things that can dis-
tract, harm, or hinder our walk with God or the faith of others, including:

- Profanity
- Excessive or irresponsible use of alcohol
- Gossip
- Dishonest gain or deceit
- Illegal or illicit drug use
- Pornography
- Sexual immorality, including sexual activity outside of marriage and relationships not
between one man and one woman
- Any habitual lifestyle that promotes bondage, addiction, or unwholesome patterns
- Any behavior that could cause Christ to be grieved or others to stumble in their faith

By striving to live with integrity in both speech and action, leaders help create environ-
ments where others can grow in Christ and develop into servant-leaders themselves.

This Honor Code is not meant to be viewed as a restriction, but as an essential part
of our spiritual growth and leadership development, one that flows from the heart and
commitment of each leader.
